MonitAir terms of use

MonitAir is intended to reduce the severity of lung attacks in COPD patients by warning them of the risk of an upcoming lung attack, and by advising them to take appropriate measures. Such measures include adjusting the dosing schedule of already prescribed medication, and scheduling an appointment with the doctor treating the condition.

The manufacturer takes no responsibility for use of the equipment other than described above.

MonitAir may only be used after informing the doctor treating the condition, and after the patient and doctor have entered data regarding the treatment into MonitAir together.

If you are concerned about your illness, always contact your doctor treating the condition and always follow their advice, even if this is different to the advice issued by MonitAir.

The manufacturer strives to continuously improve MonitAir. You can help with this by sharing the data you enter in MonitAir with the manufacturer. If you consent to the sharing of this data, the data will first be completely and irreversibly anonymised before it is used for scientific research and to generally improve MonitAir. Many patients do share their data, but if you decide not to, it will not affect the functioning of MonitAir in any way whatsoever.
